A Flat is priced from the full amount the network can move for you in a day. Double the speed, double the capacity — and the price follows. What you see is what you pay.
You choose the speed: 5, 10, 25 or 50 Mbps. The speed you choose is the maximum speed of your Flat. The speed you actually get depends on the local network, where you are and how busy the network is. 25 and 50 Mbps are available when your Flat includes a 5G network.
Frequently asked questions
I accidentally deleted my eSIM - can I reinstall it?
Contact our support team with your order number. We can usually provide a new activation link or QR code. Note that some eSIMs can only be installed once, so a new plan may be required.
Do I need to unlock my phone to use an eSIM?
Your phone must be carrier-unlocked to use a third-party eSIM. If you bought your phone outright or finished your contract, it's usually unlocked. Contact your carrier if unsure.
How is an eSIM different from a physical SIM card?
An eSIM is embedded in your device and activated digitally - just tap a link or scan a code. You don't need to swap cards or visit a store. You can have multiple eSIM plans stored on one phone and switch between them instantly.
Can I install my eSIM before traveling?
Yes, and we recommend it. Install the eSIM at home over Wi-Fi using the activation link. Your Flat does not start until the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination.

How do I install an eSIM on Google Pixel?
Tap the activation link in your email and your Pixel will configure everything automatically. Or go to Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add eSIM and scan the QR code.
